1st busy Saturday of the Season info

Hi Cleaning Team

Whew! What a day it has been.

Thank you so much for all the hard work. IT WAS BUMPY..which is normal for the first busy Saturday of the summer season.
Here are some pointers to make things go a little easier on all of us!

Remember guests start showing up AT 3pm!
Jobs need to be done and all inspections need to be DONE BEFORE 3pm. We say 2:30pm to ensure it is all actually done.

Dirty linens..oh boy! We had NO comforters in 404B when the cleaner arrived. I have asked Maintenance who picks up the dirty linens and I am asking all cleaners and inspectors to do this too..When you first arrive to a property, go through the linens. Anything that is not white, stays in the property. That will help everyone so much!
